Regional Channel Manager / Baltics (PPE - Safety)

Our client is one of the market leaders in the field of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). With a strong heritage, world-class manufacturing, and a portfolio of premium safety products, they are setting industry standards worldwide. To strengthen their footprint in the Baltic region (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), we are currently recruiting a hands-on and sales-oriented professional to support the existing distribution network.
 
This is an operational, field-focused role. We are looking for an active Regional Channel Manager who enjoys being on the road, training partners, and driving sales through education and support. Location is flexible - you can be based in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia (working from a Home Office), provided you are willing to travel regularly across all three countries to visit partners. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Director abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary partner for distributors in the region. Your goal is to help them sell more effectively
  • Actively accompany distributors’ sales representatives to end-customers (industrial plants, manufacturing sites) to demonstrate products and provide technical solutions
  • Organize and conduct product trainings, workshops, and "lunch & learn" sessions for distributor sales teams
  • Monitor stock levels, support marketing activities, and ensure the brand is well-represented in the local market
  • Gather feedback from the field regarding market trends and competitor activities

 

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Experience in the PPE sector or technical industrial products is a strong advantage
  • You are a "people person" with a trainer mentality. You prefer visiting clients over writing long reports
  • Understanding of how the indirect sales channel works
  • Native Lithuanian/Estonian/Latvian and advanced English are mandatory. Russian language skills are considered an asset for the region, but not a must
  • Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently across the Baltics (approx. 50% of the time)
