Office All-Around Employee with IT knowledge

Job Description Summary:

As an Office All-Around Employee, you will provide an administrative support to the team on all current processes: logistics, supply chain, after sales, purchase, legal and compliance. You will be involved in daily operations and you will assure that the daily routine organized properly. To become a successful team member you will need to work closely with your colleagues and to learn the main processes up to the certain level.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support on daily operations in accordance with regular planning
  • Handling of administrative parts of the processes such as logistics, supply chain, after sales, purchase, legal and compliance.
  • Act strictly in accordance with existing procedures
  • In case if support on logistics processes needed, working at the storage facility in Schwechat could be required exceptionally (taking photos, executing quality check etc.)
  • Assist the higher Management on various tasks
  • To support automatization processes by executing tests
  • Work closely with IT development team located in Moscow
  • Short business trips abroad could be required (1-2 times per year)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management or equivalent) – a minimum education level
  • Fluent in English, German and Russian
  • At least 3 years work experience in similar function
  • Excellent time management and organizing skills
  • An ideal candidate has experience in process management
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (competent with Microsoft Excel experienced of data sorting, filtering, lookups, handling and converting data types)
  • An ideal candidate will have a strong IT skillset
  • Team player, stress-resistant and motivated personality
